One to one yoga allows your session to be tailored with your specific needs.
If you are new to yoga or if you have an injury, private lessons can help you build a strong foundation before joining group classes. Taking private lessons gives you the space and time to work on areas of your body that need more attention than others and the chance to learn more challenging postures in a safe envirmonment. This is also a good oppotunity for someone who has been practicing for a while to take their practice to the next level.
Private sessions take place in the comfort of your own home.
I also offer private group sessions. If yoga is something you would like to bring to you and your friends and family or into your office environment, then don’t hesistate to contact me.
*Cancellation Policy – Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid being charged.
