RETREATS

In need of an injection of positivity, some time out, a full mind-body-soul MOT or just some serious TLC? If so, you are in the right place!

I have been leading retreats for 8 years and they have always been one of the most enjoyable parts of my job. Not only because they tend to be in luscious places, but because they give me the opportunity to get to know you better and more time to share the wellbeing tools that have inspired and lifted me up along the way.

WHAT TO EXPECT

My retreats are welcoming, inclusive, relaxed and ultimately like a holiday with friends. I am yet to host a retreat where everyone doesn’t gel together, grow in some way mentally and physically and where people aren’t thirsty to come back for more. Most days with kick of with a dynamic vinyasa flow class, but in the evenings I try and mix it up a bit, whether that’s with some varied movement techniques, breath work, coaching exercises, partner, yin and restorative yoga. I am always tuning in to where my guests are at and what feels right and intuitive. By using these varying techniques, my aim is for you to gain a unique, one off experience, which can often end up being deeply transformative.

“Amazing! I love Charlie and think she is a wonderful teacher. I especially loved that it wasn’t just ‘asana’ focused and while we were given dynamic practices in the mornings, restorative options were offered in the evenings to help balance us out. The workshop style inviting journaling, introspection and various life assessment skills is just what should be offered on a retreat, as it was a safe space to explore and come to terms with what was, what is and what will be. This kind of work is so important for growth and having the right place to explore it makes it more potent.”
